1 minute Exercise: Discover your Postural Habits

When forced to stand, do you habitually shift to one leg, brace your hands on your hips or lean against something? Try this.

Set a timer for 1 minute. Stand with your eyes closed. Feel where your body begins to get tired. Imagine your posture in 5 years - 10 years. Allow yourself to move in that direction. Shift positions and notice what changes. Stretch various ways to release the tension. Notice which stretches your body habitually urges you to do. Throughout the day, notice how you use your body.

Would you like to use your body with greater elegance, efficiency and ease?

The Dynamic Walking and Stretching Method was designed to, first, re balance your body (through the stretches) and then, set neutral by walking dynamically (using dynamic forces, like gravity and momentum). The program retrains deep postural muscles, called psoas muscles, to stretch and strengthen providing core stability. You'll also learn to lift out of your hips to decompress your spine. You will feel the results immediately.

Eventually you'll be able to stand straight feeling relaxed because your skeletal system is supporting you. A Dynamic Body is balanced at rest and moves with elegance, efficiency and ease in all of life's activities. Just imagine how relaxed and peaceful you'll feel finding 'home base.' With practice in 1-3 months, you'll feel lighter, taller, younger and stronger.
