s Story
Sherri, age 50, a fitness trainer, had a life long problem with bunions and toes crossing. She taped her toes daily for fitness activities. She bent forward from the hip when she stood or walked, pulling her chin in. Being flat footed, this posture tended to jam her feet forward into her shoes.
She began to stand taller. Her chin resumed its normal position. She rolled through her feet which helped her toes lie flatter.
